A four-year-old girl who set up her egg stand and had it stolen has been to visit Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat farm after he said he would 'love to host her'.
Maisie Willis had set up a wooden stall outside her house to sell eggs to her neighbours that had come from chickens her family kept in their garden.
Sadly, the stall was stolen by teenagers on Maisie's birthday as they smashed it to pieces and threw the eggs away, and while the teens were tracked down and made to apologise it wasn't going to bring back the young girl's stand.
Jeremy Clarkson said it was the 'saddest' story he'd seen for a while and mentioned Maisie in his column for The Times, saying he'd love to punish the 'gang of yobs' who'd destroyed the girl's egg stand by feeding them 'into a ham slicer'.

He then told the family he'd 'love to host' Maisie at Diddly Squat where she could meet the animals and be shown around the farm shop and there's since been an update showing she's done just that.
Diddly Squat shared a message on social media saying Maisie had been to visit the farm where she was welcomed by Clarkson's Farm star Lisa Hogan.
"We had the amazing Maisie visit Diddly Squat this weekend," they said.
"Some yobs stole her egg stand on her 4th birthday. Jeremy declared it the 'saddest story of the week' and the invited Maisie to Diddly. Best of luck to Maisie and thanks to @aldiuk for sending her a new egg stand too."
The family had actually been considering visiting the farm anyway, and Maisie's mum Chelsea gladly accepted Clarkson's offer to come and see them as she said it would be 'amazing'.
While she got to visit Diddly Squat and have a look around Clarkson's farm she has got a new egg stand to replace the one the teenagers destroyed.

Like Clarkson, Aldi also got wind of what had happened to Maisie and they decided they'd send her a new stand so she could start selling eggs again.
"When we heard 4-year-old entrepreneur Maisie’s egg stall was stolen whilst she celebrated her birthday, we knew we had to help," Aldi wrote in a social media post.
"As luck would have it, we’ve got just the thing!"
Maisie's dad Tony said the four-year-old had been overwhelmed by all the kind messages and plenty of their neighbours had been joining in cheering the young girl up by sending over 'extra little gifts'.
Sometimes it is just incredibly lovely the way people can rally round together.
