Unless you're working in emergency services or in life or death situations, there's a pretty strong chance that you've procrastinated at work.
We're probably all guilty of checking our phones while we should be working, or even doing football quizzes when things get a bit quiet, with even some police officers seemingly finding tricks to appear busy at work.
It's all well and good if you're still getting your expected amount of work done but in the case of Josh Williams, it was his google searches that proved to be his downfall during his probationary period.
His company was keeping a close eye on his internet history, which has already landed millions of blokes in trouble in the past, but it was his intrigue in 'Turkey teeth' and 'Simon Cowell's botched botox' that eventually ended in him getting the sack.

He said: "I was still on probationary period [in the job I was sacked from]. I had two or three sick days and the excuses I used were just bloody stupid excuses.
"It had come to the point where the workload for myself just wasn't enough for me. I just didn't have any work given to me so I found myself googling on the company computer."
People get sacked in all sorts of ways these days, whether it be shady pasts or even stopping some shoplifting but in Josh's case, his managers even printed out over 50 hours of his google search history to embarrass him that little bit more.
He added: "I knew I had no income coming in so I thought the only other source I've got is TikTok, so that's why I decided to put it up on there."

However, that went on to cost him a further three roles in the future after it went viral and companies realised what he'd been up to in previous roles.
Josh explained: "They obviously recognised the video and said that my values didn't align with their company.
"Basically saying we've seen your TikTok and we think you're s**t and we're not having you here in other words. Obviously I didn't feel good about it. It made me feel quite embarrassed to be honest and quite ashamed of myself."
Having now decided to pursue content creation full time, he added: "It might seem quite funny but I think looking at my situation and how it's impacted me I'd say it's probably one of the worst things you can do for you know future jobs and your career path and stuff."
