A motorist caught the shocking moment a bloke started smashing up a Porsche with a massive wrench in broad daylight. Watch video footage of the incident here:

Ryan Hambrook was driving along Folkstone Road in Dover, Kent after work on Friday (25 June) when he come across the young male going hell for leather with the wrench on the Porsche 911.

The 28-year-old couldn't believe what he was seeing, so he pulled over and quickly whipped out his phone to record the incident in case it might be needed as evidence.

Ryan said: "I was driving back from work and I saw the older guy stood on top of the car hitting it. I assumed he didn't own the car and the owner would want as much evidence as he needed so I filmed it until I'd gotten enough evidence and then drove home.

"I was shocked to see it happening, it's not something you see every day.

"Folkestone Road isn't the best of areas but I've never seen anything like that.

"I just thought, 'Well, you don't see that every day.'"

You can say that again, mate.

In the clip, you can see two males and a woman standing near a couple of Porsches. The younger of the two fellas climbs over a railing before being handed the wrench.

He then starts to smash the bonnet of the £800,000 black sports car, while the other man appears to direct him where to hit.

The man can be seen raining down blows with the wrench for almost a minute.

Ryan shared the shocking clip online, where it's picked up hundreds of comments from local residents.

One person wrote: "So the people walking past then, not one even looked.

"Are we so accustomed to this behaviour in Dover that people don't even blink an eye?"

While another praised Ryan for capturing the footage, posting: "Well done Ryan Hambrook for recording this.

"Too many people turn away 'cause they are weak. This is scum, I hope they've been recognised."

A third person joked: "I think it might have a few scratches."

Others said the car had later been found abandoned at the side of a road.
