Male escort 'The Punisher' reveals how he learned he was in Diddy 'freak off' sex tapes shown to jury

He's testified that he was hired as many as 12 times by Diddy

Warning: This article contains discussion of sexual assault which some readers may find distressing.

Male escort 'The Punisher' says he's been left doing 'damage control' after he suspects he was in footage of Sean 'Diddy' Combs' 'Freak Offs' shown to jurors at the rapper's trial.

Combs, 55, was arrested last year and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Since the trial officially began on 12 May, the jury and judge have heard from a wide range of witnesses, including his former partner Cassie Ventura, who shared ominous details about the music mogul's infamous 'Freak Off' parties which could sometimes last as long as four days.

It is alleged that Diddy organised the parties and encouraged Ms Ventura, and other sexual partners, to hire male escorts, who would then sleep with them while Diddy watched.

Sharay Hayes, an exotic dancer known as The Punisher, testified in court that he was hired 12 times by Diddy over the years, and was paid $800 to sleep with Ms Ventura.

But he was horrified when he learned this week that jurors at the New York trial were viewing 'Freak Off' footage from October 2012, that coincided with one of his jobs for Combs.

While the videos of the 'Freak Offs' are sealed exhibits which will never be released to the public, Hayes told NewsNation's Ashleigh Banfield he is still concerned the clips could leak.

He said: “I’m really kind of blown away at this possibility that there could be a video of me circulating. I know it’s evidence, right? But somehow, these things have a way of ending up in the public.”

Mr Hayes believed that the 'Freak Offs' would always be private as his own phone was confiscated before proceedings began, as he told of administering a copious amount of baby oil before taking part in what he thought was a consensual fantasy role play by Diddy and Ventura.

However, he was left disappointed that, at a time where he is trying to put his old life behind him, the tapes were shown in court.

He added: "There’s that saying of, ‘When it rains, it pours.' I’ve been doing my best to do some sort of damage control to kind of circumvent the bad decision that I made all those years ago.”

After a brief adjudication due to a juror's illness, while another was kicked off the jury over inconsistencies, Diddy's trial is expected to resume this afternoon.
