Male escort 'The Punisher' reveals disturbing details after Diddy 'freak off' sex tapes shown to court for first time

A male escort allegedly paid to participate in Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ ‘freak offs’ has revealed further disturbing details.

Footage from these often days-long sex marathons were shown in court for the first time earlier this week, with the jury having a rather horrifying reaction.

This came after six weeks of the jurors hearing shocking details, audio recordings and seeing still images of the drug-fuelled ‘freak offs’ Diddy allegedly orchestrated.

The rapper is facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution, all of which he denies.

Also known by his stage name ‘The Punisher’, Sharay Hayes claims he was given $800 to have sex with Cassie Ventura while the music mogul watched in 2012.

What were the videos shown in court?

With Cassie and others giving details of the ‘freak offs’ during testimony, prosecutors played clips during Monday’s (16 June) session in court.

Only the jury, judge, witness and parties were able to view the clips. The defence team were not shown the footage due to their monitors being visible to members of the public and press.

Three videos were shown, cut down into clips totalling to just over two minutes. With one of them initially being over half an hour long, they were originally created in October 2012, October 2014 and December 2014.

CNN reports that most of the jury were ‘stone-faced’ while the explicit clips played out. And as she had done before, one female juror put her hand to her head while another appeared to wince in her seat.

Who is The Punisher?

The former exotic dancer testified at the trial last month, saying he was hired to create ‘sexy, erotic scenes’ with Cassie while a naked man watched from the corner.

But The Punisher explained that he did not realise at first that it was Combs and was ‘specifically told to not acknowledge’ him.

Hayes described eight to 12 encounters he allegedly had with the singer, while the rapper watched and gave directions, which he said Cassie would sometimes ‘wince or sigh’ at.

What has The Punisher said?

In a new interview, Hayes has claimed he wasn’t aware he was being recorded as it’s alleged one of the clips shown on Monday included him having sex with Cassie.

“I'm shocked that there is a video because whatever video was taken was something that was done candidly without my knowledge,” he told the Daily Mail this week.

“I never saw any video or anything to that degree. So, my first reaction is just shocked that something is out there.”

It’s reported that after he was shown the footage in a side room on Monday, Diddy was seen licking his lips and grinning.

When asked about this, Hayes said: “My goodness. This is something I'd never say, but I think this is going to be my first no comment. I'm speechless.”
