The United States Secretary of Health, Robert F Kennedy Jr., has given his thoughts on the president's diet.

In recent months, Trump has a few queries about his health, with the public picking up on a particular bruise on his hand and swelling in his legs, which was later diagnosed as chronic venous insufficiency.

However, he has always maintained that he is 'by far the healthiest' President, as he told The Wall Street Journal at the start of this year: "My health is perfect."

One thing we don't see all that often when it comes to the world's most powerful people is what they're eating, even though you would assume they have a long list of chefs at hand to bring them whatever they want.

But when asked by Katie Miller on her podcast, The Katie Miller Podcast, who out of the US cabinet had the 'most unhinged eating habits', RFK Jr. went into depth regarding Trump's diet, saying that he 'eats really bad food'.

He said: "He eats really bad food, which is McDonalds and candy and Diet Coke. He drinks the Diet Coke at all times. He has the constitution of a deity. I don’t know how he’s alive, but he is."

RFK Jr. went on to say that Trump claimed the one time he ate 'junk food' was when travelling, as this was because he trusts 'big corporations' and 'he doesn’t want to get sick when he’s on the road'.

While at the White House and Mar-a-Lago, it was a different story, as he said the president ate 'really good food', adding: "When you travel with him, you get the impression that he's just pumping himself full of poison all day long, and you don't know how he's walking around, much less being the most energetic person any of us have ever met.

"But, I actually think he does eat pretty good food. I mean, he's in incredible health."

Trump's affection for McDonald's is pretty well known, as Republican National Committee chairman Joe Gruters said the president had 'hot fries waiting for him from McDonald’s — then he had a Filet-O-Fish, a Quarter Pounder and a Big Mac'.

RFK Jr. also went on to add that Trump supposedly had 'the highest testosterone level that he’s ever seen for an individual over 70 years old'.

"I know the president will be happy that I repeat that," he went on to say.

As for who was the healthiest in RFK Jr's opinion, the United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Scott Turner, was given this honour, while being described as the most likely to dominate the presidential fitness test.

The more you know.
