Jeff Bezos has consistently been one of the richest men in the world over the past few decades, so if he has a tip for life, you probably ought to listen.
We've all got something shipped for next day delivery on Amazon Prime at some point - because convenience is everything, right?
Well, Bezos has built that empire with that in mind for years, with several bases located in over 200 countries around the world.
Convenient online shopping at your fingertips and couple this with their streaming platform Prime Video, and you start to understand why and how the company is worth near $2.4 trillion.

CEO Bezos himself is worth just short of $238 billion, and it's fair to say that you don't become that successful through sheer luck.
It takes planning and a business-savvy approach and most of all, a lifestyle oriented to the goals you want to achieve.

Bezos though, has something called a '1-Hour Rule', it's a low-stimulation morning routine, which allows his mind to wonder and reset.
It's also known as his 'puttering time', which also includes having a coffee - so we're part of the way there then.
The 61-year-old would also spend this time reading and learning, but not on his phone - in fact, he avoids the device altogether.

So, to waste this time scrolling on TikTok or watching a video, can result in decision fatigue, decreased productivity or reduced long-term memory formation.
Maybe this might be the key to success.
It is said that many other experts, such as Apple CEO Tim Cook, are branching out and trying the method in order to get their day started in the right direction.
