Canoodling with a younger colleague could have cost this married man millions, according to reports.
Nathaniel Cullerton, who is a partner at a prominent New York law firm, is said to have been suspended from his role after footage of him smooching a 29-year-old associate went viral.
Apparently, this couldn't have come at a worse time for him either - as it might have just tanked the major career move that he was reportedly about to make.
Cullerton, 45, and his co-worker Kelsey Borenzweig have been dubbed the new 'Coldplay couple' after the clip of them locking lips started doing the rounds online.

The pair were seen locked in a passionate embrace while sat on a bench in Central Park in the footage that was filmed by Jay Guapõ (@jayguap3).

Cullerton is a partner at the law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. According to reports, Borenzweig is an associate who works in the same department as him.
In the video which has been sweeping social media platforms since it was uploaded to TikTok, the pair's snogging session is interrupted by Guapõ, who tells them they ought to 'get a room'.
Both parties initially look up at the passerby with smiles on their faces - but their mood quickly changes when they realise that he is waving a camera at them.
Social media users reckoned that the pair had guilt written all over their faces, before it then emerged that Cullerton is actually already spoken for.
According to the Daily Mail, the attorney is married to 42-year-old Moira Penza, who is a partner at another law firm in New York.

They reportedly got hitched in 2016 and are said to share a $2.3 million Upper East Side co-op apartment together.
On Wednesday (29 July), people familiar with the matter told the Financial Times that Cullerton had been placed on leave ‘pending further investigation’ by the law firm he is a partner at.
It is unclear if Borenzweig is under investigation.
More allegations then emerged on Thursday suggesting that Cullerton was planning to leave the firm anyway - however, his alleged indiscretion might have just cost him his new gig.
The New York Post reported that the legal eagle probably makes at minimum $4million while working at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, but he apparently had secured another job which boasted an even bigger salary.

The publication claims that sources in the legal sphere said that Cullerton had received a job offer from law firm Gibson Dunn and he was set to take the leap this week, but that the offer was rescinded due to the viral video.
Reports claim that both Cullerton and Borenzweig worked on the recent OpenAI lawsuit that saw Sam Altman emerge victorious against Elon Musk.
The lawyer who was at the helm of the case, Bill Savitt, is said to have been tempted to move to Gibson Dunn in recent weeks and he supposedly took some trial lawyers with him.
It is claimed that Cullerton was also set to make this move with Savitt - but now, he's apparently had to wave goodbye to the new job. It is believed that this might have cost him millions.
