Remember Adam Curlykale? The man who covered his whole body in tattoos and then had his penis and nipples surgically removed? He's a pretty difficult guy to forget, to be honest with you.
Well, now he has shared some photos of himself following his latest surgery. They're not for the faint-hearted.
Adam, 32, decided that his nipples and penis were getting in the way of his body art. Speaking of body art, he's got a fair bit of it. He's probably one of the world's most tattooed people - even his eyes are tattooed.
He rose to fame on a Polish TV show called Second Face on which he explained that he decided to cover his body completely in mostly grey tattoos after becoming unhappy with blemishes left over from cancer.
This obsession with tattoos eventually led him to travel all the way from his home in Kaliningrad, Russia, to the Jardines Hospital in Guadalajara.
Once he arrived there he had the surgeons remove his penis and nipples. As you do.
Following his surgery, he posted updates from his recovery and he's now shared pictures of himself following the drastic surgery. He also shared a video of himself emptying his new catheter bag. But you probably don't need to see that.
He captioned the video: "This metal rod is not my penis (I don't have a vagina).
"Preparations for the operation...
"Surgery was successful. This white plastic element is a drain and this yellow tube is a catheter. To be continued... I thank thousands of people from all over the world for their support."
Adam identifies as a 'nullo' and as such he has no desire to have certain body parts. He explained: "I belong to a type of people called 'nullo' which means that I'm an agamic [asexual] person, but asexual doesn't mean that I don't have a sex drive.
"People from the 'nullo' community don't want to have body parts like nipples, a belly button or genitals which determine if you're a man or a woman."
He continued: "I always knew that I was different from the rest of society."
Never were truer words spoken, mate.
He's popular enough though. Curlykale has around 50,000 followers on social media, presumably tuning in to see where he is going to take his extreme body modification next.
Wherever he decides to go, you can be sure it won't be boring.
As long as he's happy, right?
