There are many scary places in the world right now, but one former CIA agent has revealed where the 'most dangerous' location is.
Speaking to LADbible, former CIA agent John Kiriakou opened up about some of the places he visited while in service.
He worked for the CIA between 1990 and 2004, and after the events of 9/11, he was made their Chief of Counterterrorist Operations in Pakistan.
While there, he was challenged with capturing al-Qaeda members.

Kiriakou eventually became a whistleblower about the torture methods the CIA used, and he was then convicted of passing classified information to the media in 2012.
He was sentenced to 30 months in prison.
The former agent sat down with LADbible to ask some of the most in-demand questions about his work, including, "What is the most dangerous country in the world right now?"

Kirakou replied: "There are several, and I've been to all of them! I never got to go to the nice places."
"I went to 72 countries with the CIA and almost all of them were just awful... Some of the most dangerous places in the world include Yemen, Somalia, Gaza, Afghanistan, parts of Pakistan," he revealed.
"You have to sleep with one eye open. You just never know how bad things are going to get," warned the former agent, before elaborating about the 'most dangerous place' and one horrifying incident.
"I'll give you an example, I went to Yemen five times, and every time I went, it was worse than the previous time," recalled Kiriakou.
"The fifth and final time that I went, we were only allowed to stay at one hotel, and the hotel had a 30-foot high wall around it, to protect it from bomb blasts,
"You couldn't stay in any other of the hotels by then. The day after I arrived, a group of South Korean diplomats arrived, and on the drive from the airport to the hotel, they were ambushed and they were all killed, six of them," he explained of the horrific killings.
"A couple of days later, a group of South Korean intelligence officers arrived to investigate the murder of the six diplomats...they were ambushed, and they were murdered.
"The South Koreans just closed their embassy and went home, that's a pretty dangerous country!" he summarised.
Commenters rushed to reply with their thoughts on his opinion.
"It’s too easy to forget how easy many of us have it," shared one commenter.
"'I’m going to give you an example’ is my favourite line because you know it’s going to be good!" wrote one viewer.
Another commenter argued: "Ironically these countries are all so dangerous because of the CIA."
One replied: "Answer wasn't the USA, weird."
