A model who was left for dead at the side of the road with horrific injuries in Dubai has made an impressive comeback.
Maria Kovalchuk had travelled to the Middle East to shoot content for her OnlyFans page, when she overslept missed her planned flight to Thailand.
On her extra night, she met some young businessmen who allegedly mistreated and assaulted her after inviting her to a party.

The Ukrainian 21-year-old was later found at the roadside, and was initially feared dead with her hair cut off with a knife, as well as being scalped.
It was also discovered that her spine was broken, as well as one of her legs.
At the time it was feared she had attended a 'Porta Potty' party.
These events are rumoured to involve beautiful young women, who are often aspiring models or influencers, being lured to a party under false pretenses.
It is alleged they are often offered huge sums of money just to be seen at the event, or to pose for photographs or create content for social media.
However, in a horrifying turn of events, when they arrive at the party they are attacked, and forced to perform degrading acts with bodily fluids and functions.
Kovalchuk recalled receiving a 'blow to the head' after she tried to escape the event, as they had confiscated her belongings, so she took shelter in a construction site.
She was later found at the side of the road with the horrific injuries, while her family thought she had gone missing and been sold into sexual slavery, while she lay in an induced coma in hospital.
The model was left needing a wheelchair due to her spinal injuries, but has now wowed fans with new photos from a modelling shoot.
She underwent ten gruelling operations and a long recovery, with intensive treatment and rehabilitation.
Kovalchuk updated her followers of her progress, along with the impressive new pictures.
“At first, I felt literally shattered, like a broken doll, and I could not imagine my future life at all,” she wrote.
“I kept wondering how I would live with all these injuries, with his scar, disfigured… how I would somehow go on with my life.
“But over time, my perception of the world began to change.
“I started paying attention to my inner self and realised that what matters most is your inner state – what you learn and what you feel.
“Of course, there were difficulties with this, too.
“But I managed thanks to the support of my loved ones and my friends.”
In a previous post, she said she is 'rising from the ashes, learning to live and believe again.'
She has also travelled to Paris to study make-up, attending classes at Chanel and Bobbi Brown.
Nobody has ever faced justice following the alleged assault.
Kovalchuk claims vital CCTV footage that might have captured the assault was allegedly erased after three months.
She told The Sun: “The police waited until the cameras were automatically wiped… So now there’s no evidence."
