Mark Rutte's WW3 prediction eerily echoes a prophecy predicted by both Baba Vanga and Nostradamus.

Tensions have been rising across the world, particularly in the last few years, with many fearing that another world war could be brewing.

There's particular concerns between NATO countries and Russia, especially considering the developments in recent weeks.

Last week, Poland confirmed that it had shot down Russian drones spotted in its airspace, becoming the first known case of a NATO member shooting down the Kremlin's military assets over its territory, with Trump even claiming that Russia 'violated' Poland's airspace.

"NATO is at war with Russia; this is obvious and needs no proof. NATO provides direct and indirect support to the Kyiv regime," Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told Russian journalists on Monday (15 September).

Deputy Head of Russia’s Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, then took to Telegram to warn: "But seriously, the implementation of the provocative idea of … creating a ‘no-fly zone over Ukraine’ and the ability for NATO countries to shoot down our UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) will mean only one thing - a war between NATO and Russia."

Meanwhile, during his UK state visit, US President Donald Trump said Putin had 'let him down', explaining earlier in the week that he is ready to impose tougher sanctions on Russia if certain NATO countries stop buying oil from there.

Mark Rutte has weighed in on the impact all this fighting could have, particularly if Russia’s ally, China, joined in.

"Let’s not be naive," Rutte told the New York Times.

"If [China’s president] Xi Jinping wants to attack Taiwan, he would first make sure that he makes a call to his very junior partner in all of this, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, residing in Moscow, and tells him: 'Hey, I’m going to do this, and I need you to keep them busy in Europe by attacking Nato territory'. That is most likely the way this will progress."

The prediction is eerily similar to one made by Baba Vanga and Nostradamus.

Baba Vanga, who correctly predicted the date of her death, claimed that a war would break out in Europe this year, signalling the beginning of 'humanity's downfall'.

It's been claimed that she prophesied: "In the spring, a war in the East will begin and there will be a third World War. A war in the East that will destroy the West."

She even claimed that Putin would become 'lord of the world', which would in turn make Europe a 'wasteland', adding: "Russia will not only survive, it will dominate the world."

Nostradamus also apparently foresaw a number of things about 2025, such as a rise in conflict in global politics, though he also said there would be an end to the war between Russia and Ukraine.

However, he specifically spoke about the UK, saying: "When those from the lands of Europe see England set up her throne behind her flanks, there will be cruel wars.

"The kingdom will be marked by wars so cruel, foes from within and without will arise. A great pestilence from the past returns, no enemy more deadly under the skies."
