Having the world's biggest penis is certainly an accomplishment but it isn't exactly easy for Matt Barr.
Although it's the sort of brag you might have dreamed of back in school, there's a certain point where the size becomes more of a curse than a blessing.
Barr has had plenty of attention from the opposite sex over the years, particularly after making his first TV appearance, where he admitted to having a member that measured in at a mammoth 14.2 inches.
It's not always as fun as it might sound however, as in true Jay Cartwright style, when it came to losing his virginity, his c**k really was too big for her.

And when it does come to having sex, sustaining an erection isn't exactly a walk in the park, due to the sheer amount of blood he needs down there, and he's now explained exactly how he was able to get his groove on when the NHS handed him his official title.

Speaking on the Luvbites by Dr. Tara podcast, Barr explained that he needed some assistance before he could earn the label of having the world's largest medically verified penis.
He said: "It takes a long time to get erections, as opposed to having problems. Like, I do get erect, fully erect, but it does take time. When I got measured the last time, they did an intracavernosal shot, so they inject you with something which makes you aroused."
Away from NHS studies, it takes plenty of foreplay to get Barr going, but somethings are just off the table because of the size situation.
He added: "There's a practical way to get used to it. I've gotten much better over the years of understanding. Like, it's obviously not all about penetration—it's very gradual or very small amounts of penetration. You don't expect to get the whole thing."

I suppose one benefit is that Barr has learned that it's really not all around penetration when it comes to enjoying sex, but his crown jewels can often throw up problems when he's out in public, with swimming attire probably an impossibility.
He also once left a woman concussed because of it, explaining: "We both laugh about it now, but I took it out at one point with a girl and then ended up giving her a concussion, just by swinging it. At the time it was very horrific."
So the next time you're praying for a few more inches, remember that size isn't everything, and you can have too much of a good thing.
He previously admitted: "Having a big penis is one of the biggest issues I’ve had to deal with in my life. It might sound like every man’s dream but it really isn’t.”
