A man who claims he has the world's smallest penis, has set out to prove his point in the only way he knows how.
Michael Phillips made headlines in 2025 after revealing that he had the smallest penis in the world while on This Morning, as he did not know that having a micropenis was a medical condition where the penis is far smaller than the average.
The North Carolina-native is said to have a 0.38 inch micropenis - for reference, the average UK penis measures at 5.2 inches based on a 2015 study.
While this size can vary from country to country, being below 2.95 inches constitutes what's known as a micropenis.

Speaking last year, Michael said: “I guess because it should be known that it's a medical condition that can cause it, and that if more people realise that it was a condition when they're younger that they could be taken and seen by a doctor, and hopefully get treatment that would actually provide some level of help.”

An art dealer by trade, Michael previously spoke about avoiding one night stands due to his problem, and his struggles to use the toilet in public.
But understandably, some are sceptical about his claims, given that he hasn't explicitly shown his todger off to prove his micropenis status.
Speaking to TMZ, he said that he probably has the smallest member worldwide, and is willing to compare sizes with anyone who thinks they have a smaller penis.
He admitted that the Guinness Book of World Records probably doesn't give certificates out for titles like this, though he'd put himself up for the title if it ever came into play.
While many may be curious to see what it all looks like, Michael won't be showing it off on platforms like OnlyFans, as he believes there isn't a market for his micropenis and isn't looking to profit off snaps of his bits.
In the interview with the publication, Michael compared the size of his erect member to his pinky fingernail.
He aims to raise awareness about the medical condition and respond to body shamers, previously explaining that he hopes that talking about it openly has helped get the 'perspective of women', as he hopes he can settle down one day.
Michael went on: “I've learned that there's like a huge population of people that just don't care about that sort of thing.”

“I've probably tried every way possible. Like you can be upfront like right at the beginning,” he said about speaking to women about his situation, adding: “You can try to talk to somebody for a while and get a connection and then tell them. Or sometimes you don't say nothing at all.”
He acknowledged that he may have considered treatment if there was a reliable option, saying of the operations: “Most of the options that they do aren't like increasing your size,
“They're like either like liposuction down there or like cutting a ligament where so that it can hang a little bit farther down.
“But in every instance, whatever they did, I would still like the max you can gain is like an inch, inch and a half.”
Michael urged the 0.6 percent of men thought to have a micropenis to 'find a place where you can talk about it freely or where you feel comfortable'.
