Jurors have heard the chilling last words of a woman who was allegedly murdered by a man she met on Tinder.

Twenty-six-year-old Warriene Wright, from New Zealand, can be heard saying: "I want to go home. I want to go home." She is also heard screaming 'no' hysterically. Shortly after, she then screams as she falls to her death from the balcony.

The accused, Gable Tostee, 30, from Australia, and Warriene arranged a date after matching on Tinder. The pair allegedly ended up back at his apartment, which is on the 14th floor, but it turned into an argument, with Warriene accusing him of trying to steal her phone, the New Zealand Herald reports.

The recording provides audio of Warriene allegedly lashing out at Gable, who ends up locking her out on the balcony.

Gable can be heard to say on the recording: "You're lucky I haven't chucked you off my balcony, you God damn psycho little bitch.

"I'm going to walk you out of this apartment just the way you are, you're not going to collect any belongings. If you try to pull anything, I'll knock you out, I'll knock you the fuck out."

Gable, who secretly recorded the evening, is not accused of pushing or throwing her off the balcony.

But prosecutors claim that his actions left Warriene so frightened she felt she had no choice but to climb off the balcony, which led to her death and makes him responsible for her death.

The trial continues.
