Giant Lizard Ran Across The F1 Track And Twitter Loves It

Remember being at school and there were always a few mad kids whose parents didn't love them who would play chicken with the cars? Lying down in the road and getting up just seconds before the car got to them... If you listened closely you could hear Darwin spinning in his grave.

Now, lying down in the middle of the road at 3pm is one thing, but this lizard has just shown how few fucks he gives by dashing across the F1 track earlier today.

The absolutely massive lizard made his cameo appearance during Practice Three at the Singapore GP and he's become a big hit online.

Driver Max Verstappen didn't have a clue what was going on when he saw the scaly rascal strutting along the track. "There's a giant lizard on the track. I am not joking," he told his teammates. Not something you see every day, is it?
