Donald Trump Just Retweeted A Terrible Eclipse Meme

I have a theory that the levels of banter somebody has is inversely proportional to the amount of power they wield, case in point the President of the United States, Donald Trump, who has only gone ahead and retweeted what might be the deadest meme to have ever hit the internet.

On Thursday morning, the U.S. president retweeted an eclipse meme of himself 'eclipsing' former president Barack Obama.

In a series of four photos, Trump has been photoshopped moving towards Obama until he is completely covering him, the meme is completely with the caption: "THE BEST ECLIPSE EVER!"

To be honest, I don't think it even matters what your politics are, even your average Trump fan wouldn't defend the image. It's so shit that rather than describe it, you're better just to take a look.

Yes, this actually happened.

And obviously Twitter reacted how you might expect, with some even claiming it was racist.

With all this said, Trump is 71 years old so in that regard he's just every other old person posting terrible memes to social media. He just happens to have a huge audience... and the nuclear codes.
