Who Will Elle Brooke’s New Boxing Opponent Be?

Astrid Wett recently pulled out of her fight with Elle Brooke, citing safety concerns

British TikTok star and OnlyFans content creator Elle Brooke’s boxing bout on the 16th July is now in jeopardy as her opponent, and fellow OnlyFans creator Astrid Wett, pulled out, claiming concerns for her safety.

Influencers settling scores through pay per view boxing events seems to have become the modus operandi in recent years, with the debut of high-profile amateur creator boxing being Joe Weller vs KSI in 2018. Since then, numerous creators have thrown their weight around in the ring, some fuelled by bad blood with another influencer, others simply to raise their personal clout.

The events have drawn huge crowds both in person and online though have not been without complications. In March, YouTubers Deji and Alex Wassabi were mid-bout when a fan was able to jump into the ring; during the same event, one of the undercard contestants was disqualified for headbutting his opponent.

With Astrid Wett pulling out, the upcoming event already appears to be going askew.

Who Will Elle Brooke Fight Instead Of Astrid Wett?

Following an eventful press conference which included Brooke bringing a coffin onstage with a blow-up doll of Wett inside, the latter excused herself from the event and accused Brooke of being disrespectful considering that the day before her press conference stunt, someone “tragically lost their life in the boxing ring”, Give Me Sport reported.

Currently hanging in limbo, Brooke is hoping that another female star takes up the mantle and agrees to fight her.

Currently, the only potential opponent making herself known is Lana Wolf, another popular OnlyFans creator, according to Daily Star. Wolf and Brooke had a light-hearted back-and-forth on Twitter after Brooke announced she was searching for a new opponent. Wolf laid down the gauntlet replying “Let me get my stoney real quick” to which Brooke retorted “Let’s do it naked x”.

Undoubtedly the fight will not be happening without clothes but Wolf is still the only one to publicly challenge Brooke, even if it was in a jocular fashion. Hopefully for the Kingpyn event the fight occurs as it is the major supporter for the Ed Matthews vs Simple Simon card, which is expected to be the fight of the night.

The event takes place on the 16th July in London’s O2 and is pay-per-view.
