Tyson Fury said he 'almost got a stiffy' as he reunites with rival Deontay Wilder

It's the first time they'd seen each other since their third fight

Tyson Fury said he 'almost got a stiffy' as he reunited with rival Deontay Wilder ahead of his younger brother's match against Jake Paul.

Much like Tommy Fury's feud with the YouTuber, Fury has a long-standing rivalry with Wilder, although the latter duo are far more celebrated in the boxing world.

The Gypsy King went up against the Bronze Bomber in an epic trilogy, kicking off with a split decision match in 2018.

However, Fury went on to beat Wilder in their following two fights in 2020 and 2021, leading some fans to speculate whether there will be a fourth in the future.

Whatever the case, the pair were certainly happy to see each other at the Diriyah Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, tonight (26 February).

In the footage, Wilder is seen taking part in an interview when, all of a sudden, his rival pops up and shouts, "Bomb squad" - the Bronze Bomber's catchphrase.

The pair share a warm hug as Wilder says: "Bless, bless."

Though they both look happy, clearly Fury was the more excited of the two, as he said after their reunion: "I felt absolutely amazing, I almost got a stiffy there. Unbelievable."

Wilder previously made cheating claims against Fury ahead of their third bout, in which the British fighter managed to retain his WBC World Heavyweight title.

He claimed Fury had 'horse hair' in his gloves to reduce the amount of padding and ultimately give a harder punch, asking officials to cut open Fury's gloves.

"What happened was Fury's glove that he's chosen, which is the same thing he had last time, had little to no padding," Wilder told 78SportsTV.

"The rest of it was horse hair. We thought horse hair was out of the question and was illegal, but they said it was [OK], so we said cool."

Of course, this was a couple of years ago now - and, judging by their recent meet, it looks like it's all water under the bridge.

Earlier today, Tyson was seen warning his dad Big John Fury to not get involved with Jake and Tommy's anticipated fight.

In a video posted on social media, the WBC heavyweight champion shouted: "Right it's Tommy's fight day, there is no fighting.

Tyson Fury issued a warning in true Tyson Fury style.

"No fighting Hughie, no fighting James and no fighting Shane. And, most of all, no fighting John."

Never one to back down, Big John replied: "If someone gets in my face, I am knocking them out. I don't care I mean what I say."

Despite the amusing interruption, Tyson continued: "I don't care - it is Tommy's fight day. Let's keep it on our best behaviour. Let's show them over here how good we can be."

We're mere minutes away from finding out who will be victorious - who's your money on?
