A star of the adult industry opened up about the 'open secret' which many male performers use to keep going.
Several porn stars have spoken out about something an increasing number of male performers are getting, with the likes of Abella Danger and Lena Paul saying they knew plenty of guys who had one.
We are, of course, talking about penile implants, which involve men getting surgery on the penis which means they control how large their erections are at the push of a button.
Of course, the downside is having to get your sausage sliced open so the artificial stuffing can be inserted, but according to those in the know, it does make them more likely to get jobs as they can keep you-know-what up for as long as they like.

They said it was an alternative after performers had reached the end of the road with injectable drugs such as Caverject, as over time they become less effective until they no longer work.

Male adult industry performer Dallas Steele confirmed he was one of the 'many guys' who got these implants, with him explaining that surgeons spend 90 minutes 'hollowing out' penis tissue which would house blood that flows when you get an erection.
The surgeons then insert two cylinders into the penis, attach them to a pump and set a release valve in the scrotum, which all sounds rather unpleasant, thank you very much.
Steele said he couldn't have sex for four weeks afterwards, which is understandable considering he'd just had his tackle sliced open and hollowed out.

He said he got the implant because drugs were no longer as effective as they used to be, and Caverject injections are one of the main ways male adult stars can make sure they last longer for scenes.
However, adult stars have warned that this puts an 'expiry date' on the penis, as once the drugs stop being effective, that's the end of the road, unless they want to get surgery.

Hims explains that these injections should first be done by a medical expert, because, of course, you should probably see how it's done before jabbing yourself with a needle.
They explain that the needle should be injected into either side of the shaft of the penis, and that the needle shouldn't go too far in.

This is all sounding rather unpleasant, but after the injection you're supposed to compress the site of insertion for five minutes or until the bleeding stops, and after that, you should experience an erection.
There's a side to the adult industry you don't really get to see, and frankly we can understand why because there's little to put you off the mood like piercing your own dingle-dongle with a needle.
