After removing your ears and nostrils, covering your body in tattoos and dying your teeth purple, where do you go next? Well, according to the so-called 'Black Alien', you cut your penis in half.
Obviously.
The 33-year-old, whose real name is Anthony Loffredo, has undergone extreme body modification over the years after feeling like he didn't belong in his own body.

As part of his transformation, Loffredo has had fingers removed, tattooed his eyeballs and removed his top lip, but he's not finished yet.
In an interview with Rene ZZ, Loffredo confirmed that he had plans to cut his penis in half, straight down the middle, in an operation which would presumably leave him with two thinner penises swinging next to one another.
It's unclear exactly what this would mean in the day-to-day when it came to peeing or having sex, but Loffredo obviously isn't deterred by any potential issues as he said he was 'of course' going to go ahead with his plan.
"I'm not nervous," he said of the horrendous-sounding procedure, adding: "I don't know, for me it's just one modification more. It's dangerous like all of them."
Loffredo said his penis would 'work normally' even if he had it split in half, and the more curious of you might even be able to get a glimpse of how it would look as he admitted he might consider making an OnlyFans account one day to show things he 'can't show on Instagram'.
Though that particular modification would be hidden from the public's view, his existing ones have already proved enough to cause him some issues.
In an interview with LADbible, Loffredo explained that sometimes he gets turned away from certain tables when he tries to eat out, saying: "If I want to eat at a restaurant, sometimes the server says I can't eat on the terrace."
However, he's found support in people who are 'open minded' and willing to accept his look.
"I can't make everyone be open to everything," he said. "That's the way it is, we are seven billion people, so that's the way it is."
Loffredo has had some people thank him for being so public with his decision to transform his body and speak about his journey as it's helped them 'feel more secure' in themselves.
The Black Alien believes he is currently only '46 percent' complete with his transformation, and considering everything he's done already, he obviously has some big plans for his future modifications.
