A couple with a 20-year age gap answered the question that they get asked the most about their relationship.

Kris and Hillary are an American couple that create content for their social media channels, primarily focusing on TikTok.

They are known for being a nomadic couple, travelling across the country in their motorhome and documenting their many adventures.

Originally from North Carolina, the couple met through working for the same company, and travelled extensively for work prior to the COVID pandemic hitting.

Through the hardships of the pandemic, where they went from jetting off across the country to being confined to a small apartment, the couple credit their rescue dog Axel for helping them through the tough period.

In 2021, the couple impulsively bought an RV following a number of trips being cancelled due to restrictions at the time, and began to work remotely while travelling across the US.

They fully committed to the nomadic life in 2022, selling their home and living in the vehicle full-time.

Having visited 38/50 of the US states and 14 national parks so far, the couple continue to share rare sight-seeing and food finds on their trips to their followers, as well as numerous travel tips.

But in a recent TikTok clip, the engaged couple addressed the hottest question that they get from fans.

In the viral clip, which has amassed over 1.6 million views, Hillary starts by saying: "We're an age gap couple, and we have a 20-year age gap difference between the two of us, and we get a lot of questions about our relationship,

"The number one question being this one, which is 'do we want to have kids together?'," she revealed.

Kris said that he already has two sons in their mid-20s who he loves, but he doesn't plan on having any more children.

But what about Hillary?

Currently in her mid-30s, she revealed that she 'never wanted kids before'.

"I used to get that question a lot, people would say 'well don't you want to have kids?', and the answer is no," she continued.

Hillary explained to their 649k followers: "I've never wanted to have kids of my own. I just never had that mum gene. I'm a fur baby mum though and through."

Hillary also acknowledged that a lot of women face this question, regardless of the age gap in their relationship, but reassured women that there is 'nothing wrong' with not wanting kids, as the choice is 'totally fine'.

She later explained that their relationship is 'really great', and that she gets along with Kris' kids, revealing she is closer to their ages than her partner's age.

As well as this, Hillary highlighted that it's key to have those kinds of conversations sooner rather than later in a relationship.

"If you have a big age gap between the two of you, you definitely want to make sure you're on the same page," she concluded.
