Lockdown has been an experience like no other for all of us.

Just getting through each day as best we can has been the name of the game, but some impressive b*****ds have actually managed to use the time to better themselves too.

Lloyd Cooper is one such impressive b*****d.

Back in March, he weighed almost 20 stone, but after 'grafting [his] b*****ks off' every day for more than four months, he's almost unrecognisable.

The 26-year-old, from Billingham, Teesside, UK, has lost a whopping 5 stone 8lbs in that time and is now feeling better than ever both physically and mentally.

He shared his transformation on Twitter in a post that has since gone viral, receiving 132,000 likes.

The tweet read: "Towards the end of March, embarrassingly enough, I weighed the back end of 19 stone. 4 months or so later, after grafting my b*****ks off every single day, I've lost over 5 and a half stone. Feeling a hell of a lot better both mentally and physically. Chuffed with myself."

But dramatic transformations like this only come about with a lot of sacrifice, and that's exactly what Lloyd has made.

Speaking to LADbible, the purchasing manager for Ultimate Windows & Conservatories, said: "I train every single day, and twice a day three times a week. I also do a 4.5 mile walk every day, six times a week.

"My diet is very limited: 11am one banana, 2pm two Weetabix with skimmed milk and 6pm one chicken breast with half a raw onion and a tomato and a Weight Watchers wrap."

The transformation is even more impressive when you realise this is how he's been living this whole time, isn't it? It's even more impressive when you consider that Lloyd's lifestyle had always been very different up until lockdown.

He said: "I never exercised before and just ate really unhealthy. There was no inspiration I just decided to change my life during lockdown really. I have a gym in my house so my first day was 25 March and I've done every single day since."

So, how does one find this kind of motivation? Well, it's simply really, you just need tunes and the support of your friends, family and Marti Pellow (from Wet Wet Wet).

Lloyd said: "My advice would be to just try your hardest and attack every single day.

"Music helped me a lot. I listened to lots of Oasis, Gerry Cinnamon and The Corrs. I took massive inspiration from Marti Pellow - he did lockdown sessions every day on social media. That helped me so much and I'd love him to know that.

"My friends and family have been fantastic. Great support. I'd say to anyone wanting to do the same - get in the right mindset and attack every single day."
