Doctor Shares Tips To Help You Last Longer In Bed

A doctor has shared some top tips to help you last longer in the sack. Watch here:

Dr Siyamak Saleh shared the pointers with his 911,000 TikTok followers in a video that has racked up more than 59,000 views.

In the clip, he outlines the following tips:

  • Lose excess weight
  • Healthy lifestyle (exercise and eat well)
  • Foreplay
  • Lubricate
  • Manage stress
  • Get enough sunlight
  • Eight hours sleep
  • Limit bad habits (smoking, drinking, eating unhealthily)

I'm not sure how lube and foreplay is supposed to make you last longer, but hey, I'm not the doctor.

One person offered up their own illegal top tip, commenting: "I did a line of coke once and I was in beast mode for about 1 hour. True story."

Dr Saleh replied: "Yes cocaine can do that but don't let me start with the negatives lol."

So I guess it's just a matter of how much you're willing to risk for the perfect bonk sesh.

If you're looking for some less dangerous and illegal advice to help you last longer between the sheets, allow me to introduce you to sex coach Starielle Hope.

In a post on her TikTok account, she said it's important you understand how aroused you are at any one time, claiming it could prevent a 'game over' kind of situation.

She said: "Number one is to know your arousal level on a scale from one to 10.

"A lot of men don't know how aroused they are, they're not in touch with the sensation, and they can go from, let's say, if one is not turned on, 10 is 'I'm gonna cum'.

"They can go from two or three to eight or nine without realising and then all of a sudden they've gone over the edge.

"So as you are feeling excited, what you need to do is track your numbers; are you at a one, two, three, four, five, six? That's all you need to do."

But what exactly can you do with this info?

Luckily, Starielle didn't leave her followers hanging for too long and came back with a second video explaining what to do next.

She said: "Once you know your arousal level, you're going to practise bringing yourself up to about an eight and then letting yourself calm down to about a four or a five, and bring yourself back up to about an eight again, stop, let yourself calm down.

"So this is a practice called 'edging'. You're gonna want to do it three times, and it allows you to practise getting to a high arousal level without going past the point of no return."

What you waiting for then folks? It's about time you headed down the edging gym and put in some graft.
