This is the moment a model shared a picture of her ID which she says keeps her 'humble', telling followers she looks 'better in real life':

Moia, who is an Australian-Bengali model based in London, started the video with a selfie alongside the caption: "Me thinking I look good."

From there, she switches to the picture from her ID writing: "My ID remind me".

The entire post came with the caption: "My ID keeps me humble," before Moia added the hashtag '#catfish'.

We all know ID photographs don't do many people justice but it's always ok because they enable you to go on holiday or drive your car.

It's clear that many people are in the same boat as Moia with one person writing: "I can’t even begin to express how asymmetric mine is. Like it is actually repulsive. I’m offended that security people can tell and accept that it's me."

Another commented their understanding, saying: "Guys do we look better in real life because when I see photos of myself I want to pass away."

In response, Moia said: "Definitely better in real life!!!! These cameras with their different lenses doesn’t capture what we really look like!"

Someone else said: "I don't wanna be showing it when they ask for ID having them question my identity?! Like YES!!! That's me."

In other replies, Moia made a suggestion we reckon a few people would be on board with when she wrote: "If I’m paying taxes could Home Office at least invest in better cameras?!"

Another TikToker wrote: "Why do they do us dirty like this? They need a ring light for these."

While someone else seemed to quite like theirs, saying: "My passport is the only thing reminding me how nice I actually look."

In what could possibly be dubbed the best comment we've seen, one adorable angel tried to reason with Moia, explaining to her: "But girly you grew into your nose more, it’s sooo cute! in the nicest way possible," to which Moia said: "My ID got taken this year"...

This in turn led to people requesting some makeup tips, with one writing: "Drop the contour routine now," while another shouted: "No like honestly - I have that nose but MY CONTOUR DONT WORK LIKE THAT."
