Prepare yourself to watch the most heartwarming bit of footage you will likely see today, which has certainly put a smile on our faces:

A London taxi driver has been praised for his unbelievable gesture to one of his customers after posting the end of one of his journeys to TikTok.

Lee McQueen took a child and his parents to Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children last year.

But when the parents tried to pay for the cab fare as they got out, the taxi driver refused any payment saying: "I don't charge people for taking their kids to Great Ormond Street."

When the customers insisted, the taxi driver asked them to use the money to buy something for their child instead in a lovely gesture.

The family are very thankful to the driver as he pulls away still recording with a smile on his face.

"Powerful stuff mate," he said.

He repeated: "I don't charge people for taking their kids to Great Ormond Street."

The taxi driver has been highly praised as a result of his kind generosity, with people labelling him a 'hero'.

One TikTok user said: "Not all heroes wear capes, what a kind man!"

A second added: "You sir are one of life’s good eggs. This made me cry x"

Another said: "As a mum who’s been in hospital for almost four months now with my daughter, you sir are a true diamond."

One person who has had their own experience at Great Ormond Street Hospital, added: "As a child who grew up at Great Ormond Street, thank you from the bottom of my heart. As an adult now this is absolutely remarkably kind, Thank You."

Finally, another said: "You're truly amazing! We spend so much money taking our son to the hospital from Brentwood! You really are incredible. You help so many families."

Lee McQueen is rather active on his TikTok channel documenting his life as a cab driver in England's capital.

It seems like the taxi driver enjoys his job with one video discussing the benefits of becoming a cab driver.

In Lee's opinion, being your own boss, earning as much as you want and having as many holidays as you want are all benefits of being a cab driver.

And it seems as though the TikTok content creator has grown in popularity since his knid gesture, as people still mention it on his latest TikTok's to this day.
