While many of us are already dreaming about our Christmas dinner, one woman in the US will be adopting a slightly different method this week.
Kathryn, who lives in Virginia, has developed a strange addiction of blending up all her meals and snorting them through her nose, which really is enough to put you off your pigs in blankets.
She is set to feature on the upcoming season of My Strange Addiction, a beloved TLC show which has presented all sorts of strange habits over the years, with one man sharing his story of how he came to love eating glass, while a husband revealed why he started breastfeeding from his wife.
So, any fans of the show will already be well aware of the baffling behaviours that you can expect to see during the new season, which will release in January, but Kathryn's addiction might just take the blended biscuit.

Ever since she was in college, when she was first dared to snort some of her food through her nose, the US woman has blended all three of her meals and stuck them up her nose, because who doesn't like ingesting their food with a side of bogeys and nose hairs.

She's been branded a 'serial food snorter' and her episode will see her confess her curious way of eating to her new boyfriend, who hopefully hasn't brought her any chocolates or cheese to enjoy together.
While we presumably all know not to eat spaghetti or garlic on a first date for different reasons, most of us would probably look to make a quick escape if our date asked for her food to be blended into a smoothie with a straw.
And it seems as if most people are in agreement that Kathryn's addiction is one of the strangest of the lot, despite the trailer for the new season hinting at people who also eat raw meat, bugs and lipstick.
One said: "Snorting all of her food?! What the f***?"
A second wrote: "There has to be a reason this happens to people I'm curious how and why."
A third predicted: "Half of them are gonna die if they keep it up."
Another added: "I don't wanna judge, but man you make it hard! I wanted to throw up."
TLC's SVP of Production and Development said: "Over the years, My Strange Addiction has built a passionate fan base that never stopped talking about it, sharing the most viral moments, and asking when we'd bring it back.
"The new season delivers everything people love about the series.
"It's bold, surprising, and completely unforgettable.
"TLC is proud to continue showcasing the stories that endlessly captivate audiences, with the real and extraordinary human experiences you truly cannot find anywhere else."
