A woman whose face has been tattooed on several people around the world has explained how the bizarre trend began.
The TikTok user isn't mega famous beyond the platform, so you'd be forgiven in not knowing who she is.
In fact, there's a higher chance of you seeing her face on someone else's body and even more of a chance that those with her likeness inked have no idea who she actually is.
Brittany Willow is a social media personality, who is known for her short-form videos and NSFW content, and she took to TikTok to explain how she became part of the odd viral trend.

Speaking to her 82,000 followers, she admitted that they probably don't 'know that I exist and that they have a real person's face on their body'.

Revealing that it's a 'true story', Brittany went on to explain 'why this happened' and that while it was weird, she's ultimately flattered by all of it.
"I had done a makeup look of Pennywise (from) IT and posted it on Instagram forever ago," she began.
"And all of a sudden, couple months after I posted it, somebody sends me a photo that they tattooed my face on someone and I was like, 'Oh, okay', and then a couple months go by, another one pops up, and another one."

Tattoo artists from all over the world were sending their work to her, though she did point out that 'they did not ask', before saying that she wasn't too bothered about that.
The online personality went on: "Then it just turned into a lot of people getting it done."

Showing some photos of the ink work side-by-side with the actual pic of her donning the Pennywise make-up, the similarities are uncanny.
It's a testament to the artists who successfully replicated the look, in what is a far from easy design.
Brittany admitted: "It's so weird to be like, 'Oh yeah, that tattoo looks cool and it's my face!'"
She also asked people who had gotten the tattoo of her face to reach out, in a video which has now garnered over 1.7 million views.

Users were shocked in the comments, with many having seen her face elsewhere before, as one wrote: "I thought 'no way I've seen it'... I have!"
A second pointed out: "I know someone (friend of a friend) that does in fact have your face tattooed on them."
A third commented: "Second you said Pennywise, I knew what you were talking about!"
A different user joked that she was 'immortalised', while another pointed out that she would 'live on for who knows how long'.
