The woman who claims to have the 'biggest cheeks' in the world after a number of surgeries, has shared a photo of her appearance before she had any work done.

Anastasia Pokreschchuk decided to start getting cosmetic work done years ago, recalling that she 'didn't like her face' previously, in an appearance on This Morning back in 2022.

Claiming that she 'looked like a hamster', she explained: "I look at my pictures from years ago and I think that I'm ugly. I didn't like how I looked, but you can change it no problem."

The 36-year-old social media personality looks almost unrecognisable if you compare hown she looks now to just a few years ago, though she has responded to trolls online in the past for going at her looks.

Anastasia, from Kyiv in Ukraine, has not only had facial injections in her cheek and jaw, she's also had a boob job, a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) and botox.

She has now shared a throwback pic from 10 years ago, and while it isn't the first archive snap she's posted to showcase her changes, it's just as shocking.

The model wrote that she looked 'very different' in the years afterward, as she used to have a much more natural appearance, even pulling her hair away from her face to show off the 2015 look.

Her outfit was with the times as well, as Anastasia wore a baggy shirt and skinny jeans, which was also far more casual than anything the online personality wears nowadays.

The old photo has over 5,300 likes on Instagram, with many of her 775,000 followers shocked at the stark contrast.

One wrote: "You were such a beautiful woman before you started with all your fillers," as another commented in Russian: "Why would someone who was obviously beautiful choose to alter that beauty?"

Others were more supporter, as a different user wrote: "Always very beautiful, your inner beauty is above all!"

A fourth said in Russian: "Maybe Nastya will decide herself that she is better off, the main thing is to feel comfortable in her body, she did not accept herself as that."

Aged just 26, Anastasia decided to have her first facial filler, which was subtle at first, before becoming more severe and noticeable.

Ten years on and many injections later, her cheekbones started to protrude from her face, while lip enhancements and Botox were added to her forehead.

On top of this, the model has had veneers put in, while also having appointments to make her skin more refined.

She doesn't seem fussed by the opinions of others at all, previously saying: "After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them... I understand that they look weird for other people but I don't mind."
