A woman who has undergone several cosmetic surgeries over the years, has opened up on her experiences and any regrets she might have.

An adult actress and model, Alix Lynx has had several body enhancements over the years, totalling about $100,000 (£74,800) overall.

The New York-native, 36, said she is 'like a human guinea pig' as a result of all the work she's had done over the years, in attempts to keep up with the latest beauty trends.

Having been under the knife more than most, the OnlyFans creator explained that she would have reconsidered some of the doctors she chose for her procedures, if she could go back in time and change things.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Lynx admitted that she's had three breast enhancements, two nose jobs, and upper blepharoplasty (removing excess skin or fat from the eyelids).

"If you're going to take the time and effort to get a procedure done... I would strongly advise splurging a little more and going to a specialist," she advised those looking to get some cosmetic work done.

Lynx explained: "In a perfect world, I'd only be on my second pair of breasts, which is because I choose to replace them once every ten years,

"It makes me feel safe, though I know some people have implants for twenty years; that's not my preference. But even then, I would have had fewer procedures overall."

She explained that going to a random plastic surgeon, instead of taking time to find a proper specialist, could prove to be a mistake, as 'a specialist has more clocked-in hours doing that specific procedure', which could save you a headache in the future.

Explaining how filler can be botched when 'cheaper' types are used, Lynx added: "A mistake people make is that, yes, this stuff is expensive, but you do, to a degree, get what you pay for,

"I wouldn't go to a random general physician's office that just happens to do filler."

As with almost everything else medically related, it's always worth doing the research and not rushing your decision, especially if you're looking to save where possible.

Moving onto a cosmetic procedure she wouldn't do again, she mentioned the nose filler that was done, saying it was perceived as 'a non-invasive alternative to a nose job'.

However, it ended up being a mistake as Lynx pointed out that you 'keep getting the filler, and over time, it distorts the shape of your nose'.

She recommended getting a nose job instead, as she would pay about $800 per syringe, which multiplies over the years, while a nose job involved one upfront payment.

Back in 2011, she had a nose job herself as her nose was 'broken a few times and it was incredibly crooked and big', explaining on TikTok that she couldn't breathe easily.

After seeing a plastic surgeon, she noted: "He did a fine job, but looking back, I would have gone to a specialist, and because then I wouldn't have needed a revision."

She would spend $32,000 on a rhinoplasty revision last year, and splashed out $10,000 on an upper blepharoplasty in 2024.

The adult actress also had her first breast augmentation in 2012, before having two more in 2016 and 2022 after complications - altogether setting her back around $30,000.
