Adult star Dallas Steele has opened up about his experience since having a particularly intimate surgery.
With hundreds of porn films to his name, Steele shared his ‘only regret’ with the move despite being one of the world’s top performers.
He’s not alone in choosing to do it either, as star Lena Paul says that those who haven’t made the change are likely to miss out on work.

She’s one of many names in the adult industry to open up about what it’s actually like, as many others have discussed how much they make, advice on joining it and in some cases, why they quit.
In her appearance on Holly Randall Unfiltered, Paul claimed that she’s worked with many men who have ‘robot penises’. And it turns out ‘Dallas Steele’ is the proud owner of one of these, using it to help with erectile dysfunction.

The TV news anchor-turned-porn star has a three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis (IPP) which consists of a pump in his scrotum connected to an implanted reservoir in his abdomen. This then sends saline to twin cylinders in his penis, resulting in a quick erection ‘hard enough to cut steel’.
These bionic hard-ons can last for hours or until a release valve is accessed, with Paul admitting she’s previously had to deflate it to her ‘ideal size’.

The adult performer, whose real name is Jim Walker, went ‘bionic’ back in July 2021 as he previously told Men’s Health: “Knowing I can perform anytime, no matter what, has completely changed my outlook as a man.”
And having suffered with erectile dysfunction, the porn star revealed: “My only regret is not doing this sooner.”
Lena Paul claims that performers with IPP are more likely to get a job due to ‘budgetary constraints’ and the pressure for men to be fired up ready to go whenever needed.

But she did say there is ‘something sad’ about an erection being so easily and quickly accessible rather than through normal means, as it would ‘permanently change the course of your sex life'.

When it comes to being able to use his IPP at work, Walker said it made him feel ‘like Superman’ as it was ‘so effortless’.
“If I needed to take a break and have lunch, I could resume right where we left off. I almost started to cry,” he added.
It’s important to note that, like any procedure, there’s a risk of things going wrong with an IPP, and interfering with your body’s blood flow could cause damage to your genitals.
