Sacha Baron Cohen made a surprise appearance as Ali G at the Wimbledon’s men’s final on Sunday (12 July).
Jannik Sinner faced off against Alexander Zverev at the final, and as ever stars packed out the venue including the Prince and Princess of Wales, Nicole Kidman, Ben Stiller and Tom Hiddleston.
One slightly-less expected face in the crowd was Ali G, who turned up for the game in a signature tracksuit in Wimbledon colours, a hat, chunky gold chain, and sunglasses.
Taking to Instagram, Baron Cohen shared a clip of himself in character in his seat at Wimbledon.

“I is here at the men’s singles in Wimbledon,” he said.
“It’s like the World Cup of something called tennis, which is like a crap version of ping pong.

“They say tennis is better played on grass, which is why I intend to sell as much of it while I is here.”
He then jokingly reeled off a list of recreational drugs that he said he’d be selling during the match.
Captioning the clip, he wrote: “I iz BACK! And if u iz at dis borin wimbledore final lookin 2 get grand slammed, I iz here wif de hookup dm me, especially if u iz fit.”
He also shared a snap of a DVD of his TV show and wrote: “dm me if u want to buy one of these DVD box sets.
“Me iz got like 10,000 of dem. Dey iz very rare. Free pickup in the northwest Surrey area.”

Baron Cohen is a regular attendee of Wimbledon and had been seen looking dapper in a light coloured suit and green shirt on Saturday 11 July.
However for the final on Sunday, he decided to dust off his shell suit and reprise the role of Ali G.
His appearance comes after it was reported that Baron Cohen had already wrapped production on a second Ali G film.
The character first hit our screens back in the late 1990s on Channel 4’s The 11 O’Clock Show.
He was given his own show - titled Da Ali G Show - in 2000.
It ran for three seasons and saw him conducting real-life interviews with unsuspecting people, including political figures and celebrities, including the Beckhams.
Due to its sharp satire and often shocking content, the series was a huge hit and spawned the spin-off movie Ali G Indahouse in 2002.
After the third and final season of Da Ali G Show ended, Baron Cohen turned his attention to creating other outlandish characters such as Borat.
Away from larger-than-life characters Baron Cohen has also tackled more serious roles, including turns in Hugo, Les Misérables, and The Trial of the Chicago 7, for which he was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor.
Most recently, he appeared in Netflix comedy Ladies First, alongside Rosamund Pike, Richard E Grant, and Charles Dance.
But now it seems he's poised to reintroduce Ali G, with Hollywood journalist Dan Sneider claiming a second movie has already been filmed.
The InSneider reported that Baron Cohen had been spotted filming in and around Oxfordshire in July and September last year, and he also headed Stateside for the flick.
The report claims that production has already finished on the movie, but as yet there are no further details on a release date.
Baron Cohen has yet to comment on the new reports, but his appearance at Wimbledon seems to be a fairly strong hint that Ali G is making a return. Booyakasha!
