Further court documents have revealed more from the ongoing case between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.
The pair have been tangled up in lawsuits since 2024, following the reports of an on-set rift during the production of It Ends With Us.
And court documents released recently brought famous faces such as Taylor Swift and Ben Affleck into the mess.
We have continued to learn more and more about each star’s account of the making of the film, with Lively accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment (which he denies). Her driver, Kevin Alexander, has now made allegations against the director, as he claims he made ‘disturbing’ comments to the Gossip Girl star. After his first meeting with him, he was apparently so unsettled he wanted to ‘do a background check’ on Baldoni.

According to a deposition obtained by US Weekly yesterday (26 January), Alexander alleged that the Jane the Virgin actor was ‘discussing his sexual relations with women’.
He said that this car ride with Lively and another person present was the first time he had met Baldoni. This conversation in Lively’s car was first revealed back in December 2024, when the very public legal battle between the two celebrities first began.
“To me, it was very out of the ordinary to meet somebody and talk like that in a vehicle. That’s why it caught my attention,” the driver said.
Alexander said he ‘can’t forget’ the conversation because it took his ‘focus off driving’ to hear the star speaking in such a way. He alleged that Baldoni said he ‘was forced on and he forced himself on women’.
Lively’s driver continued: “Basically he kept talking about his sexual relations. I’m repeating myself I believe, but he would force himself on women. If they said no, this, that, he would revert back.”
He added that Baldoni allegedly discussed ‘more stuff’ during the journey, but he didn’t pay attention to it.
“It is those key points when someone says, you know, forcing myself on women, women forced on me, I didn’t care,” Alexander said.
“It is disturbing to me. You can’t forget something like that.”
After the journey, the driver claimed he told Lively: “‘I feel very uncomfortable. Something is not right here. I would like to do a background check on him or something.”
He said in the disposition that he later learned that Baldoni ‘was the producer in production of this movie’.
Representatives for Baldoni declined LADbible Group's request for comment.
