A video appears to show Justin Baldoni making a joke about 'sexual harassment training' while on set has been revealed.
The clip was captured behind the scenes of the movie It Ends With Us, and was filed by lawyers representing Baldoni.
It comes amid an ongoing legal battle between Baldoni and Blake Lively, when in December last year, Lively, 38, accused Baldoni, 41, of sexual harassment and a 'social manipulation' campaign, allegations which Baldoni denies.
In turn, the actor and director issued a countersuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, alleging extortion and defamation, which their legal team also denied.

However, Baldoni's lawsuit was later dismissed this year after he missed a refiling deadline, with the director might having to pay a large sum of money to the Gossip Girl star.
This particular clip was submitted as part of a motion for summary judgment, which was filed on 13 November.

In the clip, obtained by The Daily Mail, Baldoni is seen making a casual joke between scenes for the film.
In the video, Baldoni can be heard to say the word 'sexy' while looking at Lively, before saying: "Sorry, I missed the sexual harassment training."
Later on, Baldoni says 'my apologies' and Lively says 'it's all good', according to the scene's subtitles.
In the complaint, Lively's legal team claimed that Baldoni said he 'wanted to see her 'onesie' under the coat because it was zipped low to reveal her lace bra'.
It continued: "He said, 'I think you look sexy' in a tone that made her feel ogled and exposed. With other female cast present, she said, 'that's not what I'm going for.' He bristled and replied, 'I'm sorry, hot.' Deeply uncomfortable, Ms. Lively said, 'not that either.'
"Mr. Baldoni, responded sarcastically, 'I guess I missed the HR meeting,' and walked away."
Her legal team also claimed that 'another woman on the production spoke to Ms. Lively afterward to offer empathy and to share her own similar experiences with Mr. Baldoni commenting about her in sexual terms'.
Lawyers representing Baldoni have argued that the exchange was 'unremarkable', and that 'Baldoni's facial expression was neutral and not ogling or suggestive'.

In a more recent filing on 13 November, they said: "Lively was not scantily clad, but dressed in an oversized fleece 'onesie.'
"Nor was this anything that might remotely approach flirtation — rather, both she and Baldoni were working at the time, surrounded by actors and crew.
"Baldoni’s expression was neutral and not ogling or suggestive. On top of that, Baldoni apologized if his remark was inappropriate, and Lively responded by saying 'All good'."
According to People, Baldoni's lawyers alleged in the countersuit that 'Lively herself set the tone for personal discussions on set, including what language was acceptable', further claiming that she 'had no issue using the word 'sexy' herself, but apparently took note both times Baldoni said the word in her presence'.
