While the last year has felt like divorce after divorce for celebrity couples, there’s one pair in particular who seem to just go from strength to strength.
Whether you love them or hate them, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are an absolute power couple in Hollywood. One of them always has something going on and the other is always there to support – and to take the absolute p**s with some light-hearted trolling on social media.
Most of the attention has been on Reynolds recently with last week’s release of Deadpool & Wolverine feeding Marvel fans with content.
And ahead of Lively’s next big film in the coming weeks, she’s just announced her debut haircare line.

Like I said, the pair are booked and busy. But it seems they still have time to learn new things about each other as the superhero star was left stunned after finding out what his wife’s real name is.
Earlier this week, Lively revealed she had started her own haircare brand, Blake Brown, which is named after her father, born Ernest ‘Ernie’ Brown.
Reynolds took to his Instagram story to share praise for his wife of almost 12 years while making the admission.
“I’m obscenely proud of this woman. She’s been working on @blakebrownbeauty for 7 years,” he wrote. “And the result is exactly what you’d expect of a hyper-obsessive, detail addicted, uncompromising quality control genius.

“Also, I just found out her last name is Brown.”
I mean, knowing this pair’s tendency to take the p**s out of each other and have a bit of a laugh on Instagram, it’s possible he’s just joking again here.
Or, it could really be that the Deadpool actor didn’t know her dad’s last name was Brown.
The Gossip Girl star was actually born Blake Ellender Brown to her parents Ernie Brown and Elaine Lively. But when they got married, her dad decided to swerve tradition and take Elaine’s name from her first marriage to Ronald Lively.

So, that’s what the actor is known as too, Blake Lively, opting to keep that after marrying Reynolds.
The celebrity couple met back in 2010 when filming Green Lantern before dating in 2011. They now share four kids and have been married since September 2012.
When they first started dating, the pair followed a certain ‘rule’ not to work at the same time so they can always prioritise their personal life.
