The Beckhams have finally taken to social media for the first time since the fallout with Brooklyn, and the internet has been left divided by a photo they've posted.
It's been impossible to miss the drama that's unfolded with the celebrity family in recent months, which came to a chaotic climax earlier this month when Brooklyn took to Instagram to explain exactly why he'd gone no contact with his parents.
The 26-year-old, who is the first born child of perhaps the world's most well-known couple, married US actress and model Nicola Peltz in 2022, and had kept relatively quiet about the behind-the-scenes drama in the years since his nuptials, despite numerous media reports suggesting that Nicola and Victoria didn't get along.
It soon became apparent that he had blocked his family on social media entirely last year, having failed to show up for public events such as David's 50th birthday last year.

And his explosive social media stories last week explained exactly why he was cutting all ties with his family.

He wrote: "The narrative that my wife controls me is completely backwards. I have been controlled by my parents for most of my life. I grew up with overwhelming anxiety.
"For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family."
Brooklyn also made a number of allegations directed at his mother, claiming that she cancelled making Nicola's wedding dress, hijacked his planned first dance with his wife, and also regularly invited women from his past into their life.
In the days after his son's outburst, David told CNBC’s Squawk Box: “They make mistakes, but children are allowed to make mistakes. That is how they learn. That is what I try to teach my kids, you sometimes have to let them make those mistakes as well.”
While some people have been quick to label Brooklyn as an entitled 'nepo baby', he clearly plans to stand by his wife and it's unlikely to see these wounds healing any time soon.

His comments about the family's 'performative social media posts' will no doubt come to light once again after David recently shared some images from a trip to Paris Fashion Week, where Victoria was named Chevalière de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French Ministry of Culture.
The first photo features David and Victoria and their three other kids Romeo, Cruz and Harper Seven, as well as girlfriends Kim Turnbull and Jackie Apostel.
But some fans were left a little confused as to why both Kim and Jackie appeared in the 'intimate family moment', especially considering the way in which Nicola was reportedly warned against attending family events.
One comment, with over 6,000 likes, read: "Is it mandatory for girlfriends who aren't wives or children to appear in important family photos? Can't they stay out of an intimate family moment? I'm just saying."
Another said: "I mean the posting from both you and Victoria just proves how the brand is more important than family."

Fans seem to take issue with the fact that both girlfriends were invited along in the wake of Brooklyn's comments that Nicola was never truly accepted by the family.
He had said: “My wife has been consistently disrespected by my family, no matter how hard we’ve tried to come together as one.
“My mum has repeatedly invited women from my past into our lives in ways that were clearly intended to make us both uncomfortable.
“Despite this, we still travelled to London for my dad’s birthday and were rejected for a week as we waited in our hotel room trying to plan quality time with him.
“He refused all of our attempts, unless it was at his big birthday party with a hundred guests and cameras at every corner. When he finally agreed to see me, it was under the condition that Nicola wasn’t invited. It was a slap in the face.
“Later, when my family travelled to LA, they refused to see me at all."
