Sean 'Diddy' Combs reportedly made a comment under his breath as the court day drew to a close on Tuesday (20 May).

The music mogul, 55, is up against criminal charges which include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

If found guilty on all charges, Diddy faces life behind bars.

Over 10 people have taken to the stand so far, such as key witness and ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura, who testified she was physically abused during the 'freak off' sex events, which could last up to four days.

Cassie told the court she dated Diddy on and off from 2007 to 2018, and her mum Regina Ventura testified yesterday that the Hip-Hop producer threatened her with a blackmail demand.

When the R&B singer was dating Kid Cudi, Regina said she was told by her daughter that the Diddy wanted $20,000 in return for not sharing the 'sex tape' videos from the freak offs.

Regina testified that she and her husband took out a home equity loan to wire the money to the Bad Boy account, who transferred it back after four or five days.

Following Regina's testimony the court day was drawing to a close, and Diddy reportedly made a prominent remark.

According to People, the rapper said: "I love you all," saying under his breath: "Yeah. Love.

"Please let Justin know I’m thinking of him," he reportedly added to a woman in the gallery.

Now, the court heard today (21 May) from Gerard Gannon, the special agent in charge on-the-ground during the March 2024 raid of Combs' Miami Beach home.

25 bottles of baby oil and 31 bottles of lubricant were found from a closet in the property, as images of the findings were shown in court.

Gannon testified that they also came across a Gucci bag in the closet which contained a number of different pills, white powder and a 'crystal rock-like substance'.

A stipulation read in court said the powder and reside from the straw found in the bag tested positive for cocaine and ketamine.

Eye drops located in the bag also tested positive for MDMA and ketamine.

Later today, Dawn Hughes, who testified in the 2022 defamation trial of Amber Heard and Johnny Depp, will take to the stand.

Diddy has plead not guilty to one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
