Gemma Collins opened up about her weight loss journey on I'm A Celeb and has explained why she eventually had to give up the jabs.
The reality star admitted on Thursday's I’m A Celebrity South Africa that she started to develop health issues after taking the drugs.
Having gone from a size 26 to size 20 in just three months, the 45-year-old told Adam Thomas and Seann Walsh that she started to experience pancreatitis and a flare up of her gallbladder.
"I can’t prove it was that but I’ve gone all through life without it," she replied when Seann asked about what it was like after losing around two stone from Mounjaro injections.

"But my own personal experience, when you first take it, it’s absolutely life changing, you cannot believe how amazing it is."

Seann asked: “So what happens, you just stop being hungry?”
Gemma explained: “So for instance, when I was first on it, me and Rami went for a Turkish and in my whole life, if a bread basket went down, oh mate, there’s nothing like a bread basket.
“Do you know how weird it was for me to sit there, have the bread in front of me and not want it, can you imagine how bizarre that was for me? Cos normally I would want it.
“It was great, it was liberating, I had freedom. I didn’t want the bread, but that was in the very beginning.
“When I moved up through the doses, I ended up going up to 15 on it, 15mg and that was when a few weeks later I got the pain.”
She advised to do 'what works for you' but 'it depends on your body'.
"I’ve done everything, from the Kate Moss diet to the cabbage shoot," Gemma added.

"But fortunately I’m with someone who loves me exactly as I am.
"Two pounds up, two pounds down, he loves me."
Speaking to the Daily Mail last year, Gemma revealed that she 'had to slow down on it all for a bit' after suffering a small gallbladder attack.
“We were going away for Rami’s 50th and I was in excruciating pain. I’d taken him to a Ferrari day because it was his 50th birthday and we were flying the next day,” she recalled.
“I fell to the floor, whilst he was going round the track. And I was like, whoa, I’m in pain.
“And then I was thinking I’m gonna have to go and sit in A&E.
“I called my doctor and he said, ‘let me come to your house scan you’. When he scanned me, it was gallstones.”
Gallstones are hardened deposits of bile that form inside the gallbladder, the small organ which helps with digestion.
From sand-like particles to golf ball-sized stones, they often cause no symptoms but can trigger severe upper abdominal pain if they block bile ducts.
