Jade Thirlwall has recorded plenty of songs about ex-partners and breaking up for Little Mix but it still won't have been easy to call it quits with her boyfriend of six years recently.
The 33-year-old singer spent 11 years with the hugely popular girl group before pursuing a career as a solo artist, which has already led to a controversial moment at Glastonbury.
Although many will be familiar with the singer from South Shields, many won't have known that she's also had a very famous boyfriend from the world of music.
She started dating Jordan Stephens, the man who put the rizz in Rizzle Kicks, during the pandemic in 2020 after a friend suggested they would be a good match, and they even went on some socially distanced walks together.

She explained: “It was through a friend. I slid in the DMs. I’d been doing this for quite a while. I kept getting pied left, right and centre.
“Jordan and I did a few Zoom dates in lockdown. We made a joke and said it was business and put suits and ties on and asked each other questions. I did the full shebang, a full suit.
“Then we had a socially distanced date in Greenwich park, apart from each other just chatting.”

But after six years together, it seems as if the couple have decided to call it quits, after a source suggested to The Sun that they had decided to separate.
The source said: “Jade and Jordan had a very serious and loving relationship but recently they have had some frank discussions about their future and have decided to separate.
“It’s not been an easy time but they’ve both been throwing themselves into work.
“Their friends adore them as a couple and are really hoping they get back together but it’s still very raw at the moment.”
Social media is usually our biggest insight into the lives of celebrities and the fact that neither has posted a picture of the other in several months was perhaps a significant clue, while Jordan also hasn't mentioned Jade on the popular Miss Me? podcast in months.
Jade also seemingly gave the game away in an interview with The Fader earlier this year when she suggested she was going through an experimental phase in terms of writing her music, with Taylor Swift fans all too familiar with the magic music that can come from a break-up.

She told The Fader: “I’m just writing stuff. Whatever I’m going through at the minute, like privately, I’m sort of putting pen to paper.
“I think this is the exciting phase or the experimental phase, where you don’t know what it’s going to be yet.”
However, she previously suggested that their time together was 'amazing' and that they would also combine their skills to write songs, so they might well miss each other from that side of things, especially after Stephens re-launched Rizzle Kicks in 2024.
Although Little Mix are no longer together, Thirlwall might be able to sing Shout out to my Ex a little louder the next time it plays on the radio.
