Jelly Roll's stature might have drastically shrunk in size during his weight loss journey, but his wife claims it has had the opposite effect on his manhood.

The country music star's spouse Bunnie Xo has revealed that his penis got 'severely bigger' when he shed a whopping 275lbs (124kg).

She reckons it's about time that her husband of almost a decade enjoys a 'hot streak' after all the hard work he has put in to get his health back on track.

Jelly Roll, real name Jason DeFord, vowed to get rid of the excess weight he had been carrying for 'his whole life' in 2022.

At his heaviest, the rapper, singer and songwriter weighed 550lbs (249kg).

He explained that his entire identity has always been wrapped up in his size, revealing that even his stage name was inspired by his stocky frame.

Jelly Roll said his mother gave him the nickname because he was a 'chubby kid', previously telling The Bobby Bones Show: "I’ve been fat my whole life.

"She started calling me Jelly Roll when I was young, and I spent the next 20 years trying to grow into the name."

Last month, the father-of-two featured on the cover of the January issue of Men's Health and he told the publication how his weight loss has completely changed his life.

"I was a prisoner to my own body," Jelly Roll said. "Dude, wiping my ass was a problem. Washing myself properly was a problem. Getting in cars. Every decision I made in life had to be based on my weight.

"If it could hold me, facilitate me, or fit me...people don’t think about every facet of, ‘I still want to be able to do that and I can’t'."

According to his wife Bunnie Xo, real name Alisa DeFord, his weight loss has done wonders for their relationship as well as for her hubby's self-esteem.

During an appearance on The Howard Stern Show on Tuesday (17 February), the Dumb Blonde podcast host announced that an added bonus of him shedding hundreds of pounds is that his penis has 'got bigger'.

Gushing about Jelly Roll's transformation, Bunnie said: "He’s getting his confidence back, and he’s peacocking around. He’s got a little strut in his step, and I think it’s just the cutest thing.

"He deserves to have a hot streak. I'm ready for him to just feel his best."

She then claimed that the rumours about blokes penises appearing to grow in size after they lose weight is 'very true'.

"I will tell you that it is very true that when a man loses weight, it grows a lot," Bunnie told Stern, saying that in Jelly Roll's case, his private parts have become 'severely bigger'.

"Oh God, he’s gonna kill me," she then laughed after making the explicit admission.

But according to healthcare experts at LifeMD, this is actually just something of an optical illusion.

It explains: "Losing weight can potentially lead to a slight increase in the appearance of penis size. This is due to the reduction of the 'fat pad' located above the penis. This fat pad can hide a portion of the length of the penis. So when someone loses weight and decreases the amount of fat in their pubic area, more of the length of the penis may become visible."

Bunnie's Grammy-winning husband also previously discussed how his weight loss had brought a welcome boost to their sex life, as his health journey led him to discovering he had seriously low testosterone.

Jelly Roll said he was informed that his was the same as a 'preteen boy', telling Men's Health: "When I went in there for the test, it was bad. Bad. The world opened up when I seen it on paper.

"I was like, That’s my testosterone level? You can’t get it up without T. I was married to a smoke show, and I was still struggling."

Now, the musician says things are 'totally different', as he added: "I’m chasing her around the house. I’m like a teenage kid again! I’m like the Pink Panther: I bust out of every corner."
