Jeremy Clarkson has revealed that he is officially in remission after being diagnosed with prostate cancer.
The former Top Gear presenter shared the diagnosis during the latest episode of Clarkson's Farm season five.
Clarkson, 66, said he underwent an operation to remove part of his prostate and the episode ended with him saying that he had experienced complications during treatment.
In a video update posted on social media, Clarkson explained that he is 'perfectly fine'.

"Hello everyone. Now the more observant amongst you would have noticed that I'm not dead, and I'm not just not dead, I'm perfectly fine. My eyebrows in particular are looking very lustrous," he said.
“And the reason why I'm fine is because the doctor caught the prostate cancer early, and they caught it early because I got tested.”
Urging people to get themselves tested, he added: “Now I know a lot of you will say, 'Eww, I don't want to be tested because it means someone will have to put their finger in me,' but it's just a blood test these days.

“And if you go to your doctor and he says, 'Well I'm not going to test you because you don't have any symptoms and you're not in a high risk category,' just lie.
“Say you've got symptoms. Say that you have to get up 32 times in the night for a wee and there's some dribbling.
“Because look, 10, 12 thousand people, men to be honest, die every year in the UK from prostate cancer. Don't be one of them. Get tested.”
Around one in eight men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime, with approximately 57,900 new cases diagnosed each year in the UK, according to Cancer Research UK.

Clarkson also told The Times that a PSA (prostate-specific antigen) test two months ago showed no sign of the disease.
“I was talking to David (Cameron) about it earlier this morning. He said the amount of people that come up to him is mostly in public conveniences and say, if you hadn't owned up to it, I wouldn't have got checked, and they wouldn't have found it,” he said.
“So now there's a group of us, (food writer) Giles Coren, David, me, one or two other people, and we meet for lunch every so often.
“Everybody has different Gleason scores, and everybody has different Stockholm and PSA scores. We all compare notes and I actually get muddled with what mine were.
“This is why I have to say to everybody who's reading this, please, please, please go and get checked.”
