Joe Rogan has given Jake Paul a warning after he was comprehensively defeated by Anthony Joshua.
If you weren't aware who won the fight between the two-time heavyweight champion and a former YouTuber-turned-boxer, who typically competes at a cruiserweight level against ex-UFC fighters and an elderly Mike Tyson, it went exactly the way you'd expect.
The fear etched on his face as Joshua prepared to unleash a punch has been seen by millions, whether they be the folks who watched the fight on Netflix or those who've only seen the new crop of memes featuring Paul terrified in his corner right before the blow lands.
Joshua dominated all the way throughout the boxing match while Paul spent a significant time either backing off from his opponent in the large ring or down on the canvas, clutching at Joshua's legs as he was clearly outfought and outclassed before being knocked out in the sixth round.

Paul's jaw was broken in two places so he won't be stepping into the boxing ring any time soon as he needs to recover, and Joe Rogan has a warning to him that 'it's not worth it'.
Rogan did say that Paul has 'nothing but respect from me' for stepping into a boxing ring against a man who was bigger, stronger, more skilled and more experienced than himself.
However, the podcaster said Paul had been 'hit with a bomb' when his jaw was broken and suggested the 28-year-old knew something like that was going to happen when he took the fight.
Any thoughts that Joshua had been paid to take a dive or in some way fudge the result to spare Paul's blushes were put to rest with that jawbreaker punch and Rogan reckons it should make the YouTuber-turned-boxer think about his career.

"I would hope that he recognises right now he's doing great and he's only, whatever he is, 28?" the podcaster said before advising Paul to know when to quit.
"Don't do this very long. Because there's a price that you pay that is not worth it, it's not worth it. That price is depression, deep depression, a severe brain imbalance that's gonna lead you to addiction.
"It leads so many people to impulsive behaviour, so many people become gambling addicts, drug addicts, alcoholics after their fighting career."
Rogan suggested that people have a 'punch card' where they can only really take so many hard hits before it does some permanent damage and reckoned the hit from Joshua was 'about 10 bunches' worth of cards.
He warned that Paul suffered 'real damage' and said that if he was hit hard enough to break his jaw in two places then there might also have been some other damage to his head, like a concussion.
Advising Paul to know when to tap out, Rogan said he knew 'too many guys that wanted to be cool guys' and continued to step into the ring with various injuries when he knew 'that's gonna get you'.
He said: "At a certain point in time that f**king depression is unavoidable, it just creeps. You just, you don't feel good. You know that feeling when you're hungover? That's their life.
"The price you pay is eventually not worth it... some people never return, that's what you've got to understand. Bunch of guys that are really struggling. Don't get there, and have friends that tell you when to dip out."
It may sound somewhat grim as a warning but it's not like this hasn't happened before and boxers who kept returning to the ring for a payday ended up paying for it the rest of their lives.
