Katy Perry arrives at Balenciaga fashion show with bizarre braless outfit
It’s Paris Fashion Week and as usual, stars from around the world are turning people’s heads with bold and exciting looks.
And this year, almost surprisingly to some, Katy Perry has been one of the icons causing the biggest stir.
After making an appearance at Vogue World earlier this week with a barely-there floral fit and then rocking up at the Ritz hotel with the train of her gown teasing her new single, her outfit today (26 June) has led to more talk.
The ‘California Girls’ singer appeared at Balenciaga’s Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2024-2025 show in a ‘bizarre’ braless outfit.

Perry looked striking in a long black velvet coat, down to her ankles as she stepped out of her car in stiletto heels.
And as more of her outfit was revealed, it appeared she had gone braless with her torso totally bare.
Making an iconic fashion statement, the 39-year-old wore laddered and ripped black tights that featured rips at the point of her shoes.
Topping it all off, Perry had her hair scraped back tightly into a plait with big black shades and no jewellery.

She’s really giving that clean and bare aesthetic and it’s clearly worked for her – as everyone seems to be chatting about it.
To be honest, it’s giving the aesthetic of a heavy night out, you know lost your top after the Christmas party so you’ve borrowed someone’s coat to get home. Iconic.
Perry’s appearances in Paris this week are all gearing up for the release of her new single, ‘Woman’s World’.
And keeping up with that empowering idea, as mentioned, her outfit at Vogue World stunned attendees as it was believed to be completely free of underwear.
The very carefully designed archival gown’s top half was made up of barely-there cut-outs, just about covering her chest as pink flowers covered more of her bottom half.
As fans reacted to today’s bold and cool fit in Paris, they wrote on X: “We can’t lie, she MOTHERED.” Others named her a ‘fashion icon’ as they said she was ‘like a boss’ in her ‘matrix style’ get up.
“Katy Perry oozing style and elegance at the Balenciaga show! Simply perfect!” one wrote.
As another echoed: “Welcome back Katy Perry.”
While others wrote: "Oh my god, serve after serve," as they were amazed by her collection of outfits this week.
