KSI hits out in furious statement as Andrew Tate replaces him as CEO of company

Andrew Tate, 38, is set to fight reality TV star Chase DeMoor, 29, in a Misfits boxing match in Dubai on 20 December

Andrew Tate claims he has replaced KSI as the new CEO of fight promotion company Misfits.

The British-American influencer, 38, who faces allegations of rape and human trafficking in Romania and in the UK, is set to fight TV personality Chase DeMoor, 29, in a Misfits boxing match in Dubai on 20 December.

Both Tate and his brother Tristan, 37, deny the UK Crown Prosecution Service's (CPS) 21 charges against them, including rape and actual bodily harm, relating to three alleged victims.

The former kickboxer who has been in '88 fights' has said in an announcement video that he has joined the fight promotion 'to finally put Misfits where it belongs on the world stage'.

“The largest disruptive force in sports entertainment history, so considering that somebody that failed at their obligations to make this organisation as big as it should’ve been has been ousted and I’m the new CEO,” Tate claimed.

KSI tweeted something that annoyed me three years ago, so long story short: I took his company from him,” he added to Fred Talks Fighting.

“And considering that I’m the largest name on the planet, if I’m gonna fight on an organisation, why not fight on an organisation that I own a percentage of? It makes a lot of business sense.”

YouTuber KSI helped launch Misfits in 2021 alongside Mams Taylor, Kalle Sauerland, and Nisse Sauerland, and has been involved in five boxing matches under the promotion.

Responding to Tate's claims on X, he said: "This year people are trying to test me fr. WHAT THE ACTUAL F**K IS GOING ON?

"This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen in my life.

"Let’s make ANDREW TATE THE CEO OF MISFITS?!? ARE YOU F**KING SERIOUS?!?"

Although some fans said they were 'not falling for the WWE storyline', KSI also lashed out at his manager Taylor, adding: "Bro has been focused on misfits rather than managing me lol. And you decide to do this s**t."

Last month, the CPS said Tate will face no criminal charges over abuse claims made in the UK civil case.

“We undertook a further review of a case file in relation to allegations of assault and rape between 2013 and 2015,” a CPS spokesperson said.

“Following careful consideration of the evidence provided by Hertfordshire constabulary, we concluded that our legal test for prosecution was not met, and that no further action should be taken.

“We have informed all parties of our decision and offered to meet with the complainants to explain our reasoning in more detail.”

Tate’s UK solicitor, Andrew Ford, called the decision 'another example of a potential criminal case against Andrew Tate falling by the wayside'.
