KSI reacts to most expensive mouthguard in the world ahead of Tommy Fury fight

Tommy Fury and KSI will finally face each other in the ring in just a few days’ time.

Initially advertised as an exhibition bout the YouTuber and professional boxer’s fight now appears to be listed as professional by BoxRec.

Although the British Boxing Board of Control has not yet confirmed sanctioning the upcoming match as a professional bout, the pair are set to fight on Saturday 14 October in Manchester.

With Logan Paul also set to fight Dillon Danis on the night, it’s certainly going to be some sort of spectacle.

Fury has claimed he is a ‘caped crusader’ and has won each of nine pro fights since making his pro debut a year before KSI back in December 2018.

And KSI is getting himself ready to face the dad-of-one, with the ‘most expensive mouthguard in the world’.

The entrepreneur has unveiled a black mouthguard with ‘108 individual high clarity diamonds’ made by a team of 16 experts.

As well as silver diamonds on the design, the centre spells out his brand ‘PRIME’ in green, made with gold leaf and embedded with 50 individual diamonds.

And if that wasn’t extravagant enough, it’s been hand-gilded with 24-carat gold.

A video shows KSI reacting the ‘phenomenal’ mouthguard made by SafeJawz as he laughs in excitement.

“Oh my god,” he says as he jokes about having regrets if he throws it into the crowd.

I mean, it would be someone’s lucky day if that mouthguard lands in their hands.

Because the diamond PRIME SafeJawz mouthguard for KSI is worth over a whopping £41,000.

“Oh man, I can’t wait. This is going to be f***ing sick bro. Going to be such a good day.

“This is the most detailed mouthguard I’ve ever seen, I’ve ever had. It’s phenomenal man.”

In the build-up to this long-awaited fight, Fury said: “I’m like kind of the 'caped crusader' of all this YouTube boxing. They all want to see me come in and destroy these guys.

"But one’s already been done. This one will be done in a matter of weeks, and then it’s on to the next challenge. People want to see these guys get knocked out."

And his dad, John Fury, claims KSI will be made to ‘urinate himself’.

He told Boxing Social courtesy of Freebets.com: "We are training for an old-fashioned punch up. There are no rules, it will not be a boxing fight. It will be a punch-up until one submits.

“In a Misfits fight anything can happen, Tommy will grab hold of him [KSI] and punch him until he urinates himself.”

Well let’s hope that £41,000 mouthguard survives.
