Kylie Jenner is being sued by a second housekeeper who claims to have experienced discrimination and harassment while working at the reality star's Los Angeles home.
On Thursday (30 April), The Los Angeles Times revealed that Jenner and her company, Kylie Jenner Inc., were being sued alongside Tri Star Services, La Maison Family Services and staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian by former employee Juana Delgado Soto.
Soto's lawsuit alleges that she suffered racial discrimination, harassment, failure to pay wages, failure to prevent or remedy harassment and discrimination, and more while working at The Kardashians star's home between May 2019 and August 2025.
During her six years of employment, Soto alleges that she was often denied food and rest breaks.

She goes on to state that her working conditions would further deteriorate in 2023, when Sibrian was appointed as her direct supervisor.

HR complaint
According to an alleged incident which occurred in 2024, Soto says she complained to HR after Sibrian had mocked her accent, immigration status, race, and called 'stupid'.
The complaint would lead to Sibrian being temporarily removed from the role, only to be later reinstated.
It's here that Soto claims the mistreatment continued, saying that Sibrian had threatened to fire her if she didn't work late on her birthday, which led to her missing a surprise party thrown by friends and family.
In another incident, Soto alleges that she was denied adequate time off following the death of her brother by two other supervisors, identified as Patsy and Elsy, and harassed when she tried to attend the funeral.
She was no longer allowed to look at Kylie
In a desperate attempt to make Jenner aware of her working conditions, Soto says she left a handwritten note for the Kylie Beauty founder, who outlined the details of her alleged abuse.
"I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused," the letter stated, which had been left on a massage bed for Jenner, stated.

"I really apologise for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it."
Soto claims she was then threatened with termination when she arrived at work the following day and instructed to never look at Jenner again.
"Defendants told her she was no longer allowed to look at Kylie, smile at Kylie, and if she saw Kylie she would have to 'disappear'," the lawsuit claimed.
It's not clear if 28-year-old Jenner ever received the note.
Soto also alleges that after the letter incident, she was forced to clean a doghouse, had her access to the restroom restricted and was banned from drinking 'Kylie's water'.
She ultimately left the post in August 2025, sending the following message to her employers: "I am sorry, I cannot do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me, and I have bitten all my nails off, I cannot sleep at nights, and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me.
"No matter what I did, no one helped me."

Soto is seeking an unspecified amount of punitive and compensatory damages for the alleged abuse.
She is the second member of Jenner's former staff to file a lawsuit in recent weeks, with Angelica Hernandez Vasquez also claiming to have been mistreated while working at Jenner's property.
Vasquez claimed in her lawsuit that she'd also been mocked over her heritage, accent and immigration status, as well as alleging that she'd been sent to clean the home of Jenner's boyfriend, actor Timothee Chalamet.
Neither lawsuit makes direct claims against Jenner.
