The influencer known as the 'Liver King' who was arrested earlier this year for allegedly making a 'terroristic threat' to Joe Rogan has had the charge dropped.
This man, real name Brian Johnson (not to be confused with biohacker Bryan Johnson), got famous for claiming he followed an 'ancestral diet' and got shredded as a result.
Given his nickname you can probably guess that the influencer ate a lot of livers in his time, though he was forced to admit that he was also using steroids despite repeatedly denying that he'd been doing that, with him saying he'd 'lied and misled a lot of people'.
Earlier this year the Liver King was arrested in Austin, Texas after posting a video in which he challenged podcaster Joe Rogan to a fight.

At the time a spokesperson for Austin Police Department said they'd been notified on 24 June that Johnson had made threats against Rogan and detectives had learned he was travelling to Austin, explaining that the influencer had been arrested and 'charged with Terroristic Threat'.

However, a representative from the Travis County criminal court confirmed the charge was dropped last month, though it hasn't stopped the Liver King from going back to challenging Rogan.
The influencer paid a $20,000 bond and was released with an ankle monitor after his arrested, and that the charge was dropped last month after Johnson completed a series of 'counselling classes', according to the New York Post.
Despite that, he's been posting again to call Rogan out.
You can see one of these slightly threatening videos below, in which Liver King vows to fight Rogan and donate the proceeds to charity:
"They weren’t threats. A challenge. A fight. Come on, drama king," the influencer said in the new videos.
"That’s what’s happening. Still challenging Joe Rogan to a fight. You can’t run forever, you’re eventually going to have to say something."
Exactly what his beef with Rogan is remains unclear. He has never been a guest on The Joe Rogan Experience though the podcaster did claim that he 'turned down' the Liver King and talked about his steroid use.
Rogan had called the man 'preposterously jacked' when speaking about his doubt on the Liver King's now disproven claims that his muscular body was all natural, saying 'he is full of s**t'.
"He was trying real hard to get on the podcast and he’s been trying really hard to get on now," Rogan claimed.
When Johnson was arrested earlier this year, police said that Rogan told them he'd 'never had any interaction with Johnson and considered the posts to be threatening'.
