Meghan Trainor's fitness coach has weighed in on the singer's body transformation months after the star strutted her stuff and showed off her new physique on the red carpet.
The 'All About That Bass' artist could be seen with husband Daryl Sabara at a TV premiere back in August, with Trainor making headlines for the dramatic transformation she'd achieved.
Now 31, Trainor had opened up about how her pregnancies, which involved two caesarean sections, and her fluctuating weight, made an impact on her and ultimately led her to make massive lifestyle changes and begin exercising with a trainer.
While also opening up on how it got 'harder' to sing about loving herself, the American pop artist admitted that she found it 'tough' to look at her body, though she would then feel better after getting breast implants and a lift, as she 'hated' what she had beforehand.

The surgeries were a part of her journey to 'be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me'.
The star also admitted to using Mounjaro jabs to aid weight loss, which made her 'feel safe' after an explanation from her doctor.
She said on social media at the time: "I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy. And I’m so glad I did because I feel great."
In fact, the singer changed one of the lines in her popular song 'All About That Bass' from 'It’s pretty clear, I ain’t no size two', to 'It’s pretty clear, I got some new boobs'.
Speaking about Trainor's new look, fitness coach Bella Maher took to Instagram to praise the progress she'd made, just days before the pair took a mirror selfie flexing to show off their toned physiques.

In the caption of a post showing off the artist's before and after snaps, she wrote: "Watching her transform from the inside out has been one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
"She did so much of this on her own before ever introducing a GLP-1, and even after starting it, the medication was simply a support, not the reason for her results.

"GLP-1s can be a powerful tool, but they’re certainly not a transformation plan. SHE is the reason this worked."
Maher added that the star 'prioritised strength training, protein, intention, structure, and showing up even on the days she didn’t feel like it', highlighting that the progress and confidence that Trainor feels is all down to her.

“And now she gets to live in a body that supports her for life,” the fitness coach concluded.
