She took to social media to reveal that this, along with getting breast implants and a lift, helped her become 'the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me' as she 'hated' what she had.

Trainor said it became 'tough' to look at herself in the mirror at one point, but said that after taking GLP-1 jabs which made her 'feel safe' after an explanation from her doctor, that she was happy with the results.
"I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy. And I’m so glad I did because I feel great," she told fans online, as her trainer shared the breathtaking results of her lifestyle changes.
Now, the artist has revealed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that she's had to face criticism and attacks from the public over her new look.
"I’m literally for the first time ever, after having babies, taking care of my health to the highest level and I've never felt better and I look incredible. I feel great," she said, before adding: "And that's when people attack me."
The 'Me Too' singer added that she is 'taking care of myself' and that she has 'to find a way to not be affected by that,' as Trainor also received some comments over her public admission that she had started taking the GLP-1 injectable tirzepatide, aka Mounjaro.

Speaking to People, the artist admitted: "My page is usually a friendly, happy, mom-loving place, but it took a dark turn," when speaking about her lead single 'Still Don't Care' from her upcoming album 'Toy With Me'.
Trainor said that people said she was 'too thin' and unrecognisable after the body transformation, explaining: "I was like, 'Oh, I've just been focusing so hard on my health and my fitness that I've never felt better'.
"So, I was confused and sad and was like, 'Oh, it's almost worse now'. I don't know what happened," she admitted.
But the name of her lead single encapsulates exactly how she feels about the noise, concluding: "I know that when I start singing it, it'll be my therapy, my exposure therapy."
