Wayne Lineker reveals the celebrities who spend the most money at his Ibiza club

If you wade through all of the Love Island wannabes and Louis Vuitton-clad lads in Ocean Beach, you might actually spot a few celebrities lurking in Wayne Lineker's popular club.

Famous faces love to let their hair down at the Ibiza hotspot and throw euros around like it's Monopoly money, but the co-owner knows exactly who really splashes the cash.

The nightlife mogul, who is the brother of former footie star Gary Lineker, regularly welcomes actors, singers and reality stars into the club, which previously rebranded as O Beach - even though everyone still calls it Ocean.

Regardless of it's name, the possibility of big stars turning up means that it goes hard every day it's doors are open.

There's bouncing poolside parties, live DJs and aerial performances - so don't be surprised if you see a bikini-clad brides to be riding a giant unicorn over the pool while celebrating their hen do's.

Last summer alone, the likes of Dan Bilzerian, Jack Grealish and Lewis Capaldi turned up to party with Lineker.

While most people reckon it's the footballers who aren't bothered about blowing wads of cash, the entrepreneur says they are sadly mistaken.

The 61-year-old claimed that it was actually a legendary UFC star and a well-known YouTuber who are the biggest spenders at Ocean Beach.

During an appearance on the Let Me Land podcast, Lineker revealed that Conor McGregor and KSI are the two celebrities who have racked up the largest tabs while partying in Ibiza.

Discussing the pair's spending habits, he explained: "I had sorted everything out for KSI. Made sure he was on the owner's table - it's the best spot.

"And, because they've got the boat with 100 bottles of champagne on, that was all going to the table.

"They did it right. But yeah KSI was probably, as far as celebrities go, the biggest party."

It was rumoured that the YouTuber-turned-boxer splashed around £50,000 on 600 bottles of bubbly at Ocean Beach back in March last year.

Speaking of the Irish MMA star, Lineker continued: "We have other people that just go crazy and spend a lot of money.

"Obviously Conor McGregor... he parties! When he walks in, it's just a parade. He's got all his security with him," he said.

But although money talks and Lineker speaks the language, he gives the crown of his favourite celebrity guest to Ed Sheeran rather than the high rollers.

He previously told how the singer got in touch at the last minute in September 2022 to ask whether he could do an impromptu performance, which he was more than happy to agree to.

Sharing footage of Sheeran's performance on social media at the time, Lineker wrote: "So this just happened… I can’t ha #wtf and all from the kindness of his heart. @teddysphotos thank you.

"Up there with the greatest moments of my life. When Ed Sheeran pops on the stage for a sing song. I’m so happy for everyone that was there today and experienced this magical moment together. Thank you Ed."

So, if you haven't got the bank balance to impress Ocean Beach's co-owner, remember that you could always try singing your way inside.
